Terms of Service
The agreement between you and GlowSite: what we do, what we ask of you, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Last updated23 July 2026
These are our standard terms, published in plain language so you can read them before you start. They are not legal advice.
What GlowSite does
GlowSite takes a link to a business's Google Maps listing and builds a one-page website from what is on it — the business details, the photos, and the wording of the reviews. Generating a site is free. Publishing puts it live at your-name.glowsite.app.
The words on your site are written by an AI model from your real reviews. They are a first draft in your customers' own voice, not a guarantee of fact. Read your site before you publish it.
Price, and the launch offer
Generating a site is free. Publishing is free at the moment too — that is a launch offer while we get started, not a permanent price.
We intend to charge for publishing later. If we do, we will tell you before it applies to you, and you will never be charged without agreeing first. There is no card on file today.
When charging does begin, payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
You must be entitled to use the business listing
This is the most important term on this page. You may only generate or publish a site from a Google Maps listing for a business that you own, that you manage, or that you are authorised to represent.
By pasting a listing link you confirm that this is true of you. If it is not, you must not use GlowSite for that business.
Obtaining that authorisation is your responsibility, not ours. We have no way to verify who you are, so we rely on you. If a business tells us a site was made from its listing without permission, we will unpublish or remove that site, and we may close the account behind it.
Reviews, names and photos belong to the people who made them
The review text, the reviewer names and the photos on your site come from a public Google Maps listing. They are not ours, and publishing a site does not make them yours. The words belong to the customers who wrote them, the photos to whoever took them, and Google's own terms cover the listing itself.
We show quotes as they were published, with the reviewer's name attached, and we do not edit them into something the reviewer did not say.
If a reviewer or a photographer asks for their words or their picture to be taken off a site, email support@glowsite.app and we will remove it.
Acceptable use
Do not use GlowSite to:
- build a site for a business you do not own, manage or represent;
- impersonate a person, a business or a brand;
- publish anything illegal, misleading, hateful, adult or dangerous;
- claim something about a business that is not true;
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service;
- generate sites in bulk for businesses that never asked for one;
- use the Google listing data in a way that breaks Google's own terms.
Your content, and ours
Anything you write or edit on your site stays yours. By publishing, you give us permission to host it, serve it to visitors, and show your published site in our public Examples gallery.
The GlowSite name, the design, the templates and the software behind them stay ours. Your finished site is yours to use; the system that builds it is not.
When we take a site down
We may unpublish or delete a site if:
- the business owner asks us to;
- it breaks these terms;
- we are required to by law or by a valid legal request;
- it is being used to harm someone.
Where we can, we will tell the account holder why.
If a site about your business was made without your permission
Email support@glowsite.app with the link, tell us the business is yours, and say that you did not authorise the site. We will take it down. You do not need a lawyer's letter for us to do the right thing.
The service is provided as is
GlowSite is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We do not promise that the service will always be up, that a generated site will be free of mistakes, that Google will keep a listing reachable, or that any particular link will last forever. Text written by an AI model can be wrong; checking your site before you publish it is your responsibility.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GlowSite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, lost data, or damage to reputation arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Publishing is free today, so that amount is currently zero.
Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your account
You can delete a site, or ask us to close your account, at any time — the Privacy Policy explains how.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to build sites for businesses it has no right to represent, or that puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and the current version always lives on this page. Continuing to use GlowSite after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
